On Demo Day 5 December the Techstars Energy companies presented what they have achieved during the 13-week accelerator programme. Check out their incredible accomplishments below.
Fieldmade
Fieldmade has LOI’s or planned projects with key industry stakeholders such as Equinor, Kongsberg, Flux Valvision, Aker Solutions, Siemens and DNV GL.
Fuelsave
FUELSAVE has signed a 5MUSD contract with SAL Heavy Lift to equip six ships with their technology and received a LOI for a stationary power generation project on WÄRTSILÄ engines. The company has also signed a MoU for strategic partnership with Kongsberg Digital to use Vessel Insight data infrastructure and Kognifai services for a combined go-to market strategy exposing Fuelsave to Kognifai Ecosystem customers.
GamY
GamY is restructuring.
Navarra Tech
Navarra Tech has signed a contract with the Brazilian Stock Exchange. The company has also closed a pilot with Kroma Energia (Equinor partner in Brazil) and Focus Energia.
RagnaRock Geo
RagnaRock Geo has completed a co-development project with DNO, initiated a co-development project with Neptune Energy and Aker BP, and is working on closing a pilot with a company onshore in the Middle East.
Salient Energy
Salient Energy has closed a project with one of the world's leading battery manufacturers and will be raising investment as a result of the programme.
See02 Energy
See02 Energy will be carrying out a field test in association with the Technology Centre at Mongstad (TCM) and has a LOI with ArcelorMittal to pilot at their facilities in Spain.
Tempus Energy
Tempus Energy is restructuring.
Terrapin
Terrapin has expanded their project sales funnel to include hundreds of millions of dollars in potential waste heat to power projects in Germany, the UK and more. While in the program, Terrapin also secured market exclusivity for the best in class heat to power technology.
VesselAdmin
VesselAdmin has signed contracts with the two largest oil companies in Norway. Together with Equinor, Lundin Norway, and two ship owners VesselAdmin has created a ship green score, which makes it possible to evaluate and rate ships on their emissions.
